After your inquiry, I’ll review your date, venue, floral priorities, and budget to create an initial proposal tailored to your celebration.
This gives us a thoughtful starting point before we meet—so our conversation can focus on refining your vision, not starting from scratch.
Collaborate on Your Vision
During our consultation video call, we’ll discuss your wedding style, priorities, venue, and the feeling you want your day to have.
After our conversation, I’ll refine your proposal and create a mood board inspired by everything we discussed, helping bring your floral vision to life.
Reserve Your Date & Finalize Details
Once your proposal feels right, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer officially reserve your wedding date.
As your wedding approaches, we’ll continue refining logistics through venue walkthroughs, design updates, and a final floral review to ensure every detail feels intentional.
Wedding Week Magic
In the weeks leading up to your wedding, I coordinate timeline details with your planner and vendor team, source and prep your flowers, and bring every design element to life. From installation to ceremony flips and breakdown, every floral detail is thoughtfully handled so you can stay present.
